The Beast in the Cellar is a 1970 British horror film written and directed by James Kelley. The film was produced by Leander Films and Tigon British Film Productions.

The film was released in the UK on August 1970 and in the U.S. on April 14, 1971. The film was later released in Finland and West Germany in 1973. The film would later have its television premiere in Spain on October 10, 1998.The film was released in the UK on DVD by Anchor Bay as part of The Tigon Collection. In the US the DVD was distributed by Liberty Media. The film was released on DVD again on February 14, 2006 by Trinity Entertainment. ........
